Historic Inn Photos

The 100-year old Belfast Breeze Inn has had several incarnations as a stately sea captain's home, a boarding house, a bed and breakfast, and bed and breakfast with a lodge in what was once the adjacent barn (notice it was turned 180 degrees some time in the 1980's). At one time it was owned by Minnie and Irving Barbour. You might find it interesting that Irving was a sea captain and was first mate on the Defender for the Americas Cup sailboat race in1895.  Note: click on photos to see enlarged image and access the slideshow.
