Our rates are based on “heads in beds” occupancy, that is, each bed has 1-2 persons. The maximum number of occupants is listed on the chart below.  For safety reasons, we do not allow unregistered guests nor persons sleeping on the floor in sleeping bags.

Inn – relax and enjoy the character of a 100 year old New England Inn. This coastal style cedar shake-sided Inn features maple and pine-wood floors, craftsman-style staircase and fireplace, windows and dormers galore, accent décor from the days of Ming Explorers from China, Thomasville furniture and premium bedding. There are 5 Inn rooms located on the second floor. Please note: there is no elevator in the Inn though the first floor is accessible via ramp and includes accessible public restrooms and restaurant. Each room has a private bathroom, internet TV, alarm clock, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and free fiber-optic WIFI. Room #1 includes a gas fireplace and two rooms have water-views. Inn rooms include daily breakfast from our 2nd floor pantry** where you can also obtain hot/cold water and coffee/tea as well as snacks throughout the day. Enjoy the view from our deck or build a fire in the fire pit – rocking chairs provided! Relax and listen to music in the Lounge or enjoy the fireplace in our guest Living Room (with board games, books, and magazines) and Bar (enjoy soft drinks, wine, or beer while checking your email). The view to Acadia National Park is wonderful!

Lodge – you’ll find our lodge rooms offer a wide variety of bed configurations and bathrooms with showers, tubs, and two rooms with jetted tubs. Lodge rooms are decorated with Thomasville furniture and premium bedding. Each room has a private bathroom, internet TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, alarm clock, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and fiber-optic WIFI. East-facing rooms have water-views with a nice view to Acadia National Park and Cadillac Mountain across Penobscot Bay. The verandas on each level include outdoor chairs and rocking chairs. “Breakfast in Bed”*** will be brought daily to your room – it’s a continental breakfast delivered to your room. Guests with food issues/allergies should let us know how we can assist with suitable breakfast items when available.

Renovations from January thru May 2016 included – all new bedding/linens, newly acquired furnishings, new commercial kitchen and pantry, furnishings for the Lounge, Living Room and Private Dining Room. Painting and floor refinishing, window coverings, new AC units in Inn, fiber-optic WIFI, internet TVs, new bathroom sinks in most Inn rooms, new public bathroom flooring, new stairway carpeting, all new lighting throughout (except vintage lighting which remains), emergency lighting systems and fire extinguishers, and much more!

While we anticipate being open year-round, we reserve the right to close in winter (January-February) when occupancy is too low or weather is too extreme.

**“Pantry Breakfast” at the Inn includes selections from:

  • Beverages – Coffee (a variety of Keurig K-cups), teas, hot chocolate, and spiced cider
  • Cold Beverages – Orange Juice and water
  • Cereals – Umpqua Oats, Kellogg’s Raisin Bran, Rice Krispies
  • Hot Food – Each day will offer a hot breakfast option (egg sandwich, omelets, breakfast casserole, breakfast pizza), muffins,  coffee cake, or pastries
  • Bread/Grain Products – Thomas’ English muffins, bagel thins, whole wheat/multi-grain bread, raisin bread. 
  • Dairy – Yogurt, Cheeses, Milk, Soy Milk
  • Fruit – Fresh apples and other seasonal fruit
  • Condiments – assorted premium jams/jellies, apple butter, honey, Skippy peanut butter, Nutella, Mini-moos, sugar, sweeteners, soy sauce, Siracha, ketchup, salt and pepper

***“Breakfast in Bed” for the Lodge guests will include:

  • Hot Beverages – Folger’s Coffee for the 10-cup in-room coffee maker (regular or decaf) or Lipton tea bags
  • Juice –orange juice
  • Cereal – raisin bran or Rice Krispies
  • Milk choice of whole, 1% or soy
  • Yogurt – a variety of flavors available
  • Fruit – apple

We will deliver the breakfast items to your room each day. Bag on your door knob.

  • Hike Camden Hills State Park – 1 day pass $5.00 per car load (otherwise, the State Park Entrance Fee is $4.50/per person except for seniors who are FREE)
  • Bike Rental – Hybrid Bike with helmet and lock - $20.00 per day 
  • Snow Shoe Rental with poles - $20.00 per day
  • Sailing on the Schooner Olad from Camden Harbor - $39.00 per person
